Harvested from smallholder gardens and processed with meticulous hand-sorting, gentle washing, and slow raised-bed drying, the cup reflects both precision and tradition.

The profile opens with a delicate white blossom aroma, followed by the soft, juicy sweetness of light peach. A clean, refreshing lemon-zest finish lifts the cup, giving it a bright yet graceful structure. Transparent, floral, and quietly complex—this is Yirgacheffe at its most classic and refined.
